Hi all,
I'm addicted to bikes and e-bikes, substituting my previous mc/scooter addiction. Young family flipped the risk switch in brain and rediscovered my previous bicycle passion re-purposed.
A2B Metro 2010 model latest addition, technically my 4th e-bike, 3rd I built myself with 1st/2nd a cheap kit bike and a cheap China e-bike examples both dead now. All hub motors.
Looking for a few things and found this forum, still looking for:
- Ultra Motor (Eco Hero) contacts to find where the dead/unservicable or refurbished rear battery for A2B Metro go in the after-life (want to use one/two to modify as a swappable storage compartments). Also want to confirm the A2B Hybrid use the same battery.
- knowledge of how controller is speed limited to ~25kph for our Australian 200W market... we don't have the Offroad button like Europe, and not blessed with 500W 32kph of the USA market
- spare stock controller for the motor, from a 500W market if it's software based not jumper etc.
If I hit dead ends with achieving those, may be time to try a Tonaro mid drive with removable rear battery standard, spare batts half the price, and easier to tweak up to 48V control.
Thanks in advance for any help, I'll continue crawling the forum to see what goes on in the wonderful UK world of e-bikes.
