New here I want advice about making my bike into electrical

Hello I am an owner of a specialized sirrus disc uomo which I bought one month ago. It’s a 3x8 bicycle. I don’t know a lot of bicycles. I’m searching to make it electrical because where I live I have a lot of hills. I want rear motor with 8 gears as it is now. It has hydraulic brakes which I don’t want to lose. What is the best choice for me. I am 95 kilos.
