Of late I am having some problems with my wrists after riding my Eagle for any distance. So i was wondering if it would help to change bars to more of a swept back style to try and take some pressure off. If that is the case would it be a big job and are there any recommendations as to bars

It's fairly straight forward to change bars, though there's lots of work to remove and reinstall everything.

To get the grips off, pull them from the inward end.
