Hi
I have just purchased a new Cannondale Mavaro Neo , and I am looking to open up some of the power levels, I have downloaded the King meter manual but it appears that my display won't show me the advanced settings screens...anyone know of a solution.
thanks

Maybe it uses CANbus or some other special comms. You need to look at the battery connector to see how many wires are attached. If it's more than two, you're out.

It's a brand new bike, I don't fancy messing about with battery connectors etc...so Cannondale modify these displays above and beyond what the manufacturer supplies them ?

Cannodale don't modify them , they order an OEM custom spec sytem for their bikes.
One expects like a lot of big brand OEM bikes they stick rigidly to the 15kmh cut off, more and more of these big brand OEM bikes will come with anti tamper systems even hub bikes.
Surprisingly though the bike as sold is illegal as the specs state the Bafang G020 hub is 350w rated.

It's not being throttled back, speed wise it is like as lot of OEM bikes compling with EU law regarding speed just a shame the hub is rated as 350w.
Brands use anti tampering technology to prevent unwanted warranty claims out of their control.
