Hi .I have been offered a cube hybrid 350 cheaper than retail but the dealer is 250 miles away or do i pay full retail from a store 3 miles away .Just concerned about warranty issues.

Tell the local store what price you've been offered. Give them a chance to lower the price.
You know warrenty work/servicing for the guarentee will have to be done by the place you bought it from?

Do you have to collect it? How much will your fuel bill be for a 500 mile trip? Hopefully it'll be just the one time, if you're fortunate. Maybe, based on that, you could take a reasonable negotiation with your LBS.

Leighping ,The cheaper dealer will deliver the bike to my door.My local dealer will not budge but will do 3 years interest free credit. Its a bit annoying as theres a dealer selling a cheaper range of bikes with a very good reputation also close.

How much would a service be and how often would you expect to take a brand new cube with a bosh unit to the dealers in 2 years.

dealers cant service motors none of them can all they can do is send it back for a replacement under warranty.

the rest is just the same as a normal bike but round here a full service is 80-120 quid for a full strip down and rebuild plus parts.

the forks and rear sus will also be extra if they need seals replacing if the shop can even do it.

evens cycles charges 1 quid a minute so that can get very expensive.

if you know how to do a puncture repair, you probably can save £££.

the new bosch cx motor is 650 quid if you had to replace it so yes is worth it.
