What speed do you want and where do you propose to use it?
Please be aware that if you alter it to exceed the limit of 25kph and use it on a road, you commit an offence and all legal users might get tarred withe same brush resulting in restrictions being placed on ebikes.

i have been riding a bike with a dongle that can go 35mph for 5 years and what? yeah nothing pmsl.

given the size of that hub motor you are not going to get very much more speed from it you just need to find out how to change the power settings in the display.

It’s a 350w motor and it has the usual limiter on it so I’d expect a bit more.

The motor being 350w is nothing to do with output power. The maximum current of the controller is the limit. A 15A controller will deliver a notional 540w. There may be a speed setting in the display settings somewhere. However on a bike with such an upright riding position wind resistance is going to be a big limiting factor. Also the winding code of the motor will give an absolute rpm beyond which the motor can't go because of magnetic saturation.
So achieving what you want isn't so straight forward. For help guys are going to need to know what the controller is, what the display is and what the motor is. Photos would help.

forget this idea.
your bike does not have a user settable speed limiter.
You have to have a speedometer and an LCD before you can change the maximum speed.

Yup, that's what he's saying. Unless you want to go the route of changing the controller and display (they work in pairs), which may mean connection and other compatability issues. Best buid your own really.
In the mean time - Ride it, Enjoy it.

Just for clarity your saying it can’t be frigged ??
Indeed Woosh is saying that, its speed is fixed by design.

The only certain way it can have a speed increase is to replace the battery with a higher voltage one, for example replacing a 36 volt with a 48 volt and possibly needing to change the controller as well if the present one can't take the higher voltage.

But at hundreds of pounds that would be far too expensive, being much of the value of your e-bike, just not worth it.

What exactly do you mean by 'off road?'
We have had this discussion so many times over the years, unless you are on private land with permission of the owner, it is not off road.

The company I work for one about 8 miles of forestry track roads so I’ve no issue.

your bike is not made for riding at more than 15mph on forrestry tracks.
The wheels will fly off. There is no damping in the fork of your bike.
You need one of these cheap bikes (for what it has) Decathlon Stilus:
