I have tried this they only sell to retail outlets.Try and fill in the enquiry form ! I did and got nowhere fast.
If they will sell one to a friendly retail outlet near you, that might be the answer. Assuming it is a simple 'generic' system you do have the annoying option of replace with a different battery, but that will usually mean replacing the mount and perhaps the rack.

Were you able to find a phone number for the company? Sometimes a direct conversation can find a way around the restrictions that indirect and impersonal web forms impose.

There is also the problems around cost. The average cost in the EU for a YJ145 36V is around 345 to 400 Euros.I bought my bike from Amazon for £680. No way would Amazon sell a bike with a battery worth nearly 400 Euros for £680 ! It might be excessive VAT charges but something is drastically wrong when you have to pay through the nose for a battery I have seen advertised on Chinese sites for lesss than £160

I've never seen a cheap ebike that didn't have the battery connected by only two wires. When there are only two wires, you can use any 36v battery you want - just connect the two wires.

Logically that is correct, and for you it is: 'just' connect the two wires.
For many, the complications of different battery mounts (often with the controller mounted in the battery mount too) means that the logical connection of two wires is imponderable, and without help effectively impossible.

I still agree with the benefits of a simpler system where such battery replacement is relatively easy and certainly cheaper.

First OP has to decide what they want to do it, then we show how to do it. It's not difficult to do. The only difficulty is to overcome the paradigm that forces the one to only think of the OEM battery.

I look for the simple solution to the overall problem and I use the principle of how to make an opportunity out of a crisis. It's already been determined that it's very difficult for OP to get a replacement OEM battery at a reasonable cost, and cost was made a priority, so it's up to you to recommend a better solution, like how to magic up an YJ145 battery for £150.
