New 1500w kit not working, Please can someone help!!!!!

hello guys...i have just got this new kit..
1500W Ebike Conversion MTX Wheel Kit 48V Electric Mountain Bike
have put it all together and this is happens,,,,bike wheel dose not move but the temp just spins on the display. i have posted 3 pics of the kit i have,,, and 1 pic of what is happening.

after more testing,,, the bike is working and the wheel dose go round but not with the screen pluged in,,,please can anyone help me ? thanks guys

I'll hazard a guess that if the display is set to display Fahrenheit, then it's probably shutting the system down to protect itself.

For example, 5 degrees Fahrenheit would make the software think it's minus 15 degrees Celsius.

Try a factory reset - P10=y. If that doesn't work, there's probably something wrong with the LCD, so sort it out with the supplier.

Also, there are various settings that determine how and when the throttle and PAS work. If you don't understand your settings, post them all here, so we can see if they're right.

You did not mention which direction the wheel is turning, so I assume its the correct direction, but if not, this display may be telling you that either the direction is wrong, or some sort of "sensing" is THINKING its the wrong direction.
But I am really only guessing as I have not seen such a kit.
The seller should be advising you what it might be signalling, send him a video of the problems and see if he can help.
My best guess is that the Hall Effect Sensors in the motor are corrected wrongly to the electronics in some way, or the motor phase wires are reversed possibly...........you should follow any schematic you have and see that ALL corrections are 100% correct.
It may even be something as simple in that the manufacture changed the wiring colours around for the HE's, relative to the electronics controller, as Chinese manufacturers are not always "bothered" by colours of normal wiring standards as a rule....sadly!

The lcd temp reading is just for general ambient air temp, hubs don't have a temp sensor inside.

sorry for the late reply... no its still not working...and i have not put the brake lever cut out's on....if there on or off it still dose not work. i will try the reset P10=y ...i will post again..i work long hours and do not get much time...thanks for your advice...i hope this works. and i did not get any help from the seller.im still waiting for a reply.
