Hi I'm just wondering where do I need to put the 250w sticker do I place it on the battery or on the bafang motor? And let's a police officer stops me where do they usually look?

The bbs motors are etched with the power or used to be so if one covers it over they would likely peel it off if they felt it wasn't or didn't look right, it really depends on the copper and if they are knowledgeable. A traffic cop might not be easily fooled ?

I'd suggest that a person riding a bicycle quietly along the road at a normal bicycle speed would be extremely unlikely to be stopped by the police.

Someone tearing along on the flat or up a hill will be noticed.... The same applies to people riding with throttle and not pedaling. A cheap sticker plastered on the motor over the etched in serial number and power would fool no one.
