Need a new controller

All controllers are essentially the same regarding working the motor, though there are lots of options for different features.
To guide you to a suitable solution, we'd need to see every connector and wire attached to the controller rather than a tangled mess. Also, we'd need to see what electrical things you have on the handlebars, like throttle, brake switches, control panel and other switches.
Why do you think you need a new controller? No, "because the motor doesn't work" please. We need the whole story please.
In your blurred photo, it looks like the phase wires and hall connector have melted, in which case you'll most likely need to repair the motor hall sensors too, so show us some pictures of the motor too.
