Name that bike

Can anyone tell me what bike this is ? I took the photo from the Electric Bike Co advert on Facebook. I have asked the company to let me know what it is but no reply. It looks like what I am after, a fat wheel, mid hub, low entry (or step through) bike. If no one knows what this is but knows of an alternative I'd be glad to hear from them.

If you're going to push the boat out, I personally would prefer this Cube. Being a proper folder it'd be far more practical too. I think it's new for 2023 and it comes with chain/derailleur for £3100, or as this with 5sp hub gearing and carbon belt for £3500.
