Nakamura electric bike

A neighbour has asked me to give my opinion on a velo electrique on sale at Intersport here in France. Very little detail is given in the advert. It is a low step through with the battery on a rear pannier (Lithium-ion 25v/11Ah). On sale at 900 Euros.

Anybody have any experience of this bike?

Nakamura, as far as I could find out, is just a badge name for Intersport, so could be built by anyone anywhere, but most likely of Chinese origin like many bikes. Whether it's any good depends on the specification, because Intersport sell a complete range of bikes under the Nakamura name from cheap to expensive. I guess it's a bit like Halfords Careera brand. A 36v bike (with 11aH battery) will give you approximately 50% more range and probably more power.
