MXUS crank drive

I believe this is the mxus version of a crank drive system available here as a complete kit or motor only:

The only difference I can see is that there is an extra adjustable locking ring which goes on the drive side of the bb shaft which effectively locks the unit into position on the frame.

The disadvantage is that there is a lack of detailed information about this unit unlike the Bafang.

I know the MXUS guys wouldn't release a product into the market if they weren't confident in it, so it's worth a punt. It works out at about £600 including shipping and duty, which isn't bad with a 48v battery. If you buy it direct from them, they will support you with warranty, unlike other Chinese suppliers.

I'd be interested if they've improved the chainline over the BBS units. Looking a the photos, I suspect not.
