Moulton SST conversion

Hello!

I am new to the world of e-bikes but have a Moulton SST I don't use much that I am thinking of converting. Any advice on what kit to use and what to look out for? I live in Jeju, Korea, it is a relatively small island with a big mountain in the middle and over 300 smaller parasitic cones which means basically long, almost continuous descents one way and long ascents the other way. Each up and each down can go to 35km with sections of gradients at around 15%. So I only attempt specific routes but would like to be able to expand my cycling adventures to more terrain.

From my research it would seem that I should go for a Bafang BBS01 mid drive unit, with the 52t chainring. But the many options are baffling. What else should go with this? Is there a recommended retailer to go to where I can buy a whole kit? Or is there another option to go for?

Additionally my Moulton now has a Campagnolo Athena 2x11 groupset with drop handlebars. Would I need to change that?

I am looking for something that will give me about 70km range. My weight is about 65kg.

Thank you in advance for help.

What are the laws in Korea regarding electric bicycles?

Is this correct that you need a license and are allowed up to 590w rated power?

You no longer need a license. Bikes up to 30kg max speed of 25kmph are allowed on bike paths and either certified by the Korean association or country of origin are allowed to ride on bike paths. The rules changed this year.
