It's optional and put there by the dealer when they setup your bike. They can program it to anything they want as a means to call you back to try an extract more business from you. If you do go back to the dealer about it, either ask them to remove it completely or agree with them a mileage when you feel it would be appropriate to service the bike. It doesn't do anything, so you can just ignore it.

There is nothing in the service that affects the well-being of the motor. They'll just check your chain and sprockets to tell you that they need to replaced. Then they check for anything else that they can charge you for. If there's a software update, they'll install that and charge you for it.

For anybody else who buys a Bosch bike, do not pay any money until the dealer confirms that there is no service interval programmed in, as you'll almost certainly have to pay to have it removed. It's basically sharp practice.

The one thing worth getting checked is to pay for a full battery diagnostics report the week before the warranty runs out, especially if you're a heavy user. Bosch guarantee 80% capacity, so if it's less, you get a new one.
