There are it seems, when you Google "Ebike conversion kit klarna", although I'd query the forum about any specific kit you're interested in buying, before you commit to a purchase. For example, I don't know if this is a decent company to buy conversion kits from, or if their kits are any good... but they say they accept Klarna:
