Something not right about that bike. the listing says that it has the motor in the back wheel, but the photos show a middle motor. The listing says Shimano Tourney gears, but the photos show hub-gears. The listing says EZ fire gear shifters, but the photos show twist shifters. The photos show a belt drive. There's no way you'l get that for $700 and you can't use a belt with Tourney gears. Basically, the photos are completely different to the listing, so who knows what you'll get. I'd keep well clear of that one.
