bought a Milan II a couple of months ago and I'm not sure if it is working properly. The 3-position handlebar switch doesn't switch off. If the keyswitch under the saddle is "on" then motor-assist is automatically engaged even with the handlebar switch is in the "off" position. Is this right? It seems a bit odd that I have to reach under the saddle to switch to pedal-only.
