I think these went bust in 2005 and started up in 09 and Im sure Flecc will tell us what there all about..... but I love it!
I just noticed the front hub is the battery.

French ex car company Matra bought the rights to produce the system when the Tidal Force failure occurred,
though I think Tidal Force are operating again in the States now.
More a moped than an e-bike and cumbersome with the battery in one wheel hub, they accelerate very fast
reaching almost 30 mph, and pedalling is superfluous. Here's Matra's concept e-bike based on the system, the
brakes look as though they'd match the speed!
