I am facing the issue where my bike is NOT TURNING ON except when connected to the charger. Even though it shows 100% battery, if I remove the charger from the energy the bike turns off, and does not turn on in any way. It is really frustrating as the bike is extremely new (bought end of May 2020). Could anybody support me here? Do anybody have faced the same issue? Thanks!

Firstly it is under warranty if shop bought then take it to be looked at, if mail order/internet bought it may be difficult returning.
Despite the bike, charger or battery saying it is 100%, one should confirm battery voltage first with a simple reading via a meter. Any interruption will be between the battery (inc battery) and the display, first step is to check the battery voltage from the batteries discharge connector (at the base of the battery). This reading will tell you if an internal fuse or external (accessible) fuse has blown.
