Does anyone have experience with the Marathon E-Plus?
It is getting near to time to replace the Marathon Plus on the back of our tandem after several thousand miles (8k?) of excellent service; most of it (5k) with the front wheel electrified.

I've used them. I don't think they have quite as much pucture protection as the normal MP, but I still didn't get any punctures.Other than that, I don't think there's much between them, so get whatever's cheapest.

fwiw small print i missed the schwalbe tyre guarantees apply to black rubber only, get cream (see icon) or any other colour than black marathon tyres and they are not the same and are not under the same warranty, (extra extra small print on the packaging.... )
- Still ive not had punctures since fitting... but worth noting just in case..

Not used them, but Schwalbe website spec suggests no advantage unless you are a higher speed e-bike. Both are puncture protection level 7, both fine for up to 50km/h, E version has 100kg vs 80 kg load rating, and is about 150g heavier.

My standard Marathon Plus are at 10,000km, on lowish torque but often heavily laden mid-drive. Rear is 75% worn, front still looks like new, although I haven't measured tread depth. And of course, no punctures.
