Make my bike seat cover nicer

Hello all

I'm progressing with my bike and I decided to add some memory foam to have a more comfy ride for me and my passengers:

I've added my nice black tarpaulin on top to cover it and make it waterproof:

However, now the bike seat doesn't look very nice. Looks like someone wrapped some stuff inside.

How can I create a nicer feel? If I change to see faux leather would that look better?

My grandson's seat on his balance bike has to much padding he couldn't get his leg over the seat or touch the floor. I took the padding out of an old seat and covered with faux leather. I used the two part epoxy resin from poundland. You will need to get a smoother finish on your foam or the shape will show through the faux leather. Maybe use a bread knife to shape the foam.
