looking for bike/frames with big battery box

Hello,

I'm looking for a frame or bike that can have a lockable quick release battery box.

The challenge is that I want a box where I can fit 200 cells 18650 cells in it and the controller.

Is there anywhere I can find such a thing?

I live in a flat so my bike can't be parked home. So I need a box that is lockable and removable.

Open to suggestion and open to offers too.
