London leisure riding and commuting, hills, with child seat - which ebike to get?

I've test ridden the Cowboy 4, the Vanmoof S5, a Ribble Hybrid Al E (but the electric assistance was not available), an Orbea Vibe H10.

I cycle a fair bit (Specialized Hybrid) for fun, fitness, chores, commuting etc. I'd like to get an ebike and add a child seat. There are big hills around me which I don't mind so much without a kid on the back, but would like the additional assistance with baby on board I think. I'd like to take child seat off and ride about much as I do now too, though.

My thoughts at the moment are the S5 is too clunky and expensive for what it is. I'm tempted by the Ribble CGR AL E, but haven't been able to actually test drive one so would be a leap of faith.

I think I would generally cover a max of 35 miles a day, normally less. I would like a light-ish bike, though the Cowboy 4 has lots of things going for it.

I'd appreciate any opinions and guidance you can offer, thank you!

A mid drive or light weight front hub, I have a tsdz2 on my Kona ute.
BBS01 is an option or even a nice lightweight hub motor like the bafang g370 which is only 1.7kg. I use both my ute and roadrat with g370 for towing up to 200lbs with my CF trailer.

There is also a proper extracylce on ebay at the mo as well also kitted out for kiddy carrying and cargo load, it is in london but not a cheap bike. One could also add a kit.

A cargo bike of some description is the way to go if you have room for one, they are simply designed better to carry the extra load and have the seat adaptions for them.

For stability a three wheeler may be better but the longtails or front load cargo bikes may be easier.
