November 8, 20241 yr Apropos of nothing, I just spent a few days in Lisbon, and there were loads of food delivery eBikers, none of whom were pedalling, most had no lights, and some seemed to be doing about 40mph. I couldn't get a good idea of how many had kick stands, but I guess the rules are different over there.

I couldn't get a good idea of how many had kick stands, but I guess the rules are different over there. EU member so the law is exactly the same there, but obviously like here, not being enforced. Spain and much of France in contrast cracking down harder. .
