LCD s830 params locked

Hello,

I have a Samebike MY-SM26, that uses the s830 LCD. The problem is that all parameters are factory locked, except P01, P02 and P08.
I need to change P10 to disable throttle, but I can't.

Does anybody knows how to unlock s830 params ?
Or.... if I replace s830 by another s830 LCD, all parameters will be available ?
