For some reason some furry creature of the night decided to 'snack' on my bike !
It chewed lumps out of the saddle, bar tape and the up/ down control for the kt lcd 3 display .
Is it possible to just replace the up/down button, which is separate to the display or will I need to buy a new display ?
Cheers,
Rob

oh dear looks like a new display if its the buttons themselves and not a wire repair job.nowhere selling just the button unit.

whats the bike kit it may be able to use the latest version 850c colour display, with amps/watts function. i bought one recently from ali express free postage.worked out £49 with $3 off coupon ,arrived in a week.fig.1.jpg

Yes ,'twas the buttons that got munched ! The kit was from electricbikeconversions.co.uk who are no longer trading. Don't know who made the motor but the controller and display are kt.
Was looking at the kt lcd5 as a replacement,if repairing the buttons is no go as it seems quite a bit smaller than the 3. That 850c looks good though!

yeah its awesome, has volts too unlike my old one that just had a super innaccurate battery symbol.£49 quid compared to about £80 in the uk. i dont know how compatible tho as made for bafang bbsxx kits.has juliot connection. im sure they used on other kits.hopefully some others can advise on compatability.

when you can see the amps its pulling you can keep the bike economical by changing gears etc an see the amps drop.especially on hills you can see the thing being used to the limit and act to ease the strain.
