I recently bought an A2B electric bicycle. It worked fine for about 3-weeks. This week I recharged the battery until the indicator showed a full charge and then reloaded the battery into the bike and switched the battery on.
Unfortunately nothing worked: nothing on the screen and no power in the motor.
I spoke to a technician who used to work on these bikes but no longer did. He said that you might find the fault residing in the controller. However not being a technical person that really didn't mean anything to me. I've done an internet search but there is not very much there. For example it would be useful to have a diagram of the electrical circuit on the bike, showing where the controller is located. However I have been unable to locate one. It would be useful to learn of others experience with this bicycle.
I have sent messages to the manufacturer using contact details published on the internet but have received no reply. Accordingly there appears to be a question mark about customer service provided by the manufacturer.
Thank you for giving this your attention if you have experience to relate.

If it is as dead as you appear to say, like nothing works at all, you may have a problem with the wiring loom, a connector (probably the battery one) or even a fuse in the battery.
The best tool at this point is a volt or multi-meter (switched to volts), and a good friend that understands volts and batteries, e.g. NOT just ANY Electrician! Someone schooled in Electronics.
If you are a beginner in electrics, do nothing yourself, as you have a huge chance of simply making the problems far, far worse.
Let us all know the extent of your electric/electronic knowledge and if you have access to and the knowledge of how to use a meter.
We will all try to guide you safely.
Regards
Andy

If the display doesn't turn on then the issue is between it and the battery.
The display receives voltage form the battery first before communicating with the controller via Tx/Rx signals. Check the battery is out putting the correct voltage at it's discharge connection using a meter, if no voltage then check battery fuse.
