Kudos cobra or vita uno

two very similar bikes very similar specs and I like them both but not sure the one to pick. Not sure why the cobra is £230 more. Am I missing something? This one is for my son to get to college on only a couple of miles and he likes the mountain bike style the same as I do so it's come down to these two. So anyone know why the price difference or any other info to help him/us choose?
