Fine, the Kudos Cobra will carry you well up hills,it has the Bafang SWX type motor, the same motor that is fitted to probably 50 per cent of all the Chinese e-bikes. Above 16 stone I would start to recommend the BPM type motor that is fitted to the Kudos Tornado amongst others.
But I strongly recommend you find a dealer with a number of different bikes to try, hill climbing performance is only one aspect of e-bikes,in the e-bike world 'one mans sugar is another's poison'
The only problem buying secondhand is how much life is left in the battery,on some bikes a new battery can be £400 plus,it would be worth checking how much is the replacement cost for any bike you buy.
What is your location perhaps we can recommend a local dealer who has a good stock of demo bikes.
