They are two similar style bikes, but and this is no disrespect to the Kudos, I'd suggest the details of the spec aren't that similar, as you'd expect from two bikes that are in different price categories.
Just some reasons why the KTM is more.
As has been highlighted, the battery is much bigger.
The KTM has some Deore XT spec, not just Deore,
The KTM is about 2kg lighter, even with the bigger battery.
The KTM has a suspension seatpost,
The KTM is fitted with Schwable Marathon tyres, which are recognised as being market leaders.
There are lots of other details, including SKS mudguards and B+M lights that all add to the costs of the KTM when compared to the Kudos. Both great bikes, but there are good reasons why the KTM is more.
The KTM is also produced in 5 different sizes, not the one size fits all that the Kudos is.
I'm not saying one is better than the other for you, because whether these things are worth the updgrade cost to you is something only you can decide.
