KT CONTROLLER HELP ANYONE ?

I'm confused & need some help -

My throttle & PAS has stopped working, LCD red wire line is getting 53.1 volts from the controller which I thought should only be getting 5V ? LCD IS WORKING but not detecting input from pas or THROTTLE

Throttle has continuity from source into controller on all 3 lines red white black ( I have opened controller )

Could it be possible that the voltage regulator inside the controller has failed.

PAS THROTTLE & LCD should all have 5V I know.
It's a KT CONTROLLER.

it's all opened up so let me know what you guys think.

Carry out phase resistance testing for mosfet failure.

I changed LM317t voltage regulator. It's not that. LCD doesn't recognise input from PAS or THROTTLE.

I bought a new controller and LCD detects PAS & THROTTLE now so issue is with controller which id still like to fix as it's within my skill set.

All the caps look good so I can't see it being them.The only transistor is good. Now it's looking like it's the MOSFETS.

How do I carry out the resistance test please mate ?

Input voltage into board is good - 53.1v from 48v battery

No error codes at all. Up and running with the new controller now and exactly same peripherals so its 100% the controller.

I can only see it being the fets.

I was on the throttle then it just stopped giving power but everything stayed on, no errors no nothing, however on the LCD it stopped recognises my input from throttle or PAS.

One suspects throttle has caused either mosfet short, sometimes high current can cause thermal cut outs if climbing or speed is slow and these are only temporary until the mosfets cool down.

I've let it cool down. Initially I thought it was the voltage regulator that pulls in VCC+ power from battery and outputs 5V for the peripherals like PAS. & throttle. I changed that. It's not that

Ok so I've done a phase resistance test between hall sensor BLUE GREEN & YELLOW FROM Vall are Charging and discharging in diode mode & there's NO continuity. They all hang around 9 K omhs.

Ive done the same from Ve+ And all hang around 2.5 M ohms again I can see them charging & discharging on the multi meter again NO continuity.

That says all the Fets are good ?
