Keeping on top of maintenance fail

I know I should flip my Rohloff sprocket and fit a new chain every 2,500 miles.....been here before

Here's the consequences of ignoring that after circa 3,500 miles...massive fail last week went from OK to..... skip a cog 250 metres into my commute.... skip every cog half a mile later and tedious walk back to the house....call work I'm WFH today

When I saw the actual wear compared to the new sprocket from SJS, It's a wonder it lasted this long.

What is the total mileage of the old one?

My mid-drive front chain wheels last about 14,000km before chain suck happens with a new chain, but they don't look like that!
