Any thoughts on using a Karcher 36v 7.5ah battery to power an ebike. Anybody tried it?
In principle, you can use any battery that can provide enough volts and current. The problem with tool batteries is that sometimes the high and low voltage controls are in the device they power, not the battery. An ebike battery has all that stuff in the battery. You'd have to open it up and study the electronics on any pcb to see what it does.

Then you have the problem of installation. Considering how cheap ebike batteries are these days, I'd recommend getting a proper one, but I don't know what bike you're attempting to convert, what type of motor you want to power, what type of hills you want to go up, how heavy you are, how far you want to go or what you can afford.
