Hi there,
Any experiences, positive or otherwise, of Kalkhoff bikes? Have never heard of them other than they are made in Germany. Looking to buy the Entice 3B with the Bosch performance line....would be good to hear people's thoughts.

Thanks!

Kalkhoff is a well established good quality German brand.

There were lots of problems with their Impulse ebike motor.

But the bike you are thinking of has a Bosch motor.

Nothing to suggest it will be anything other than at least as good as any other Bosch powered ebike.

It's a German brand but the company is dutch owned and pretty much all the components come from the far east including the frames and forks. It's more of an assembly plant. If you like German brands then fine but they are nothing special and I've seen better assembled bikes come out of Taiwan. I think what I'm trying to say is buy the best spec bike you can afford rather than the perceived quality of the brand or location.
