Kalkhoff Pro Connect electric bike for sale. 13 months old - bought new from 50 cycles in September 2008 and used for 14 mile daily commute for 10 months.
I bought it to get me back to fitness after several years on a motorbike - now I'm riding unassisted and would rather the Pro Connect went to a good home for a fair price than gathered dust in the garage.
It's a 53cm (medium) gents frame, suitable for someone approx 5'7" to 6'0". It's in very good condition. Standard spec apart from Marathon Plus tyres and Avid single Digit 7 brakes (more power and less squeal than the OE Shimano XTs, but I'll include those as well).
Battery and charger both in good condition - battery holds full charge.
Recently fitted a complete new drivetrain: chain, chainring, rear sprocket (19T) and motor sprocket. A new spare rear sprocket and motor sprocket are also included.
This is a great bike that has been very reliable and a great to ride, but now I'm riding unassisted it really needs a better home.
First offer over £750 secures.
I'm based in Bromley, SE London. Would prefer collection, but could deliver a reasonable distance (say up to 1 hour) on the roof rack. Don't have the original packaging so would be difficult to courier.
