Hi All,

I took delivery of my Agattu C8 HS in March 2012 from 50 Cycles

Reading Tim's account of the firmware upgrade in May, leads me to think that this is something that hasn't been done on my bike.

If not, how can it be done?

You need to contact 50 Cycles. I would doubt very much that this can be done anywhere else and any unauthorised attempt will invalidate the guarantee.
