Having experienced several reliability issues I sent the battery away to be re-celled. Unfortunately , despite the specialist’s very best efforts the BMS has proved to be unrepairable.
I am somewhat wary of trying to get one (even if possible) on eBay.
I would feel much more comfortable if anyone on here has one to sell.
