Kalkhoff battery replacement

HELP can anyone tell me where I can buy a NEW battery for my Kalkhoff Impulse Ergo Harmony 2013. I need a 36v 17.5Ah 208Wh one (or near offer). Plenty in Holland etc but they can’t deliver to UK. HELP

Large lithium batteries can't be flown on normal courier services is probably the reason. Fire risk.

If Kalkhoff still make them, then any UK Kalkhoff dealer should be able to order one for you through their normal channels.

By the way, a 36v 17.5Ah battery is 630Wh (not 208Wh).

As an aside, DHL fly lithium - I currently have one being flown in from China.

They are actually made by German battery manufacturer BMZ gmbh

As an aside, DHL fly lithium - I currently have one being flown in from China.

Interesting. Long ago in 2007 one was flown to me from China, also by DHL. Seems they've made that particular courier business their market.
