Just got new lcd replaced from oxygen, won’t let me de-restrict even though code works

I had the mk1 lcd for the oxygen s-cross mtb mk1 but had to get a new one that is identical but whenever I put the number 12 in it won’t bypass 15.5mph. Any ideas on what to do?
