Help! Joules Prism 2

There is a Joule Prism 2 on Ebay which I am tempted by.
BUT so far as I can see the importer is not around any more. Does this mean that the battery would not be replaceable when it eventually fails? If so presumanly the whole bike would be a write off?
Any opinions on that bike? Anyone got something similar for sale; altho I would prefer something more road bike and less mountain bike.
