Not quite. The RC jet is designed to produce a high speed exhaust to provide thrust. Just enough of the exhaust gas energy is used to drive the compressor, the rest is released as high speed, high energy gas.

To drive a generator another power turbine stage is needed to take the energy out of the exhaust and transfer it to the generator. The exhaust gases are then much lower energy, just enough to fall out of the back!

Might be a bit powerful? Ebike charger only needs a few hundred watts, many are less than 100.

Nice, but I prefer thermo acoustic, essentially no moving parts other than the diaphragm holding the magnet in the linear alternator.
