Off to a great start then... Unitpackpower must be offer some cheap ones, they do seem to be gaining in popularity due to economic pressures felt in the UK... but be aware, cheap is not always best...

Whether a bot or spam post, UPP batteries are badly put together with some poor insulation and basic construction details. I wouldn't advise buying one.

Seems likely - EM3ev - if you have deep pockets, although pricey if I was to coming into a few quid for a new build I would consider them and look into the Grin phase runner controller although I fear it could be a tad over kill for a UK bike.
