Is it just me or is my BMS a lil short?

Hi there, I've just finished my 14s3p battery and managed to fully convert my bike, it has consistent power, but only down to 50v... After this the battery cuts out, after unplugging and plugging back in it works but not under too much load...
So, I figure the BMS I have used has a cut off of 50v even though that works out that I only use about 15% battery after a full charge.
Of course, this won't do it any good over time, plus I'm disappointed I can't make it to work and back as I'd hoped!
Can someone tell me please, do I need to take my battery apart and install a BMS with a lower cut?
If yes, please help with some good UK suppliers if possible, I'm desperate!

50V is around 3.6V per cell average, so around 50% discharged not 15%.

Where did you get the the batteries from and are the all the same type and from the date same batch ?

And the obvious question, what does the data sheet for your BMS say the cut off voltage should be ?

Pictures ?

Have you any pics of the battery before covering it up ?
Which cells are used ?
Controller current draw ?
Buss bars/interconnector type used and size ?
