Hi Guys
Anyone familiar with this unit which is on my wife's new Gazelle Grenoble?
Simple question caused by my reluctance to break anything.
She is unable to remove the unit (security) as it is pretty firmly mounted.
I understood it was a twist and turn but that doesn't work.
Any opinions would be welcome.

You probably have to remove safety screw.
