Hi, I've posted a few times already since buying a Pedelec in October 2012.
I live in Powys Mid Wales about 30 miles West of Shrewsbury. Although an Englishman I have lived in Wales for 24 years and the Welsh are right in their belief that Wales is God's own country to live in, pity about the rain though.
I am a divorced male of 63 years old and my Pedelec bicycle is a Storck Raddar Multitask.
I also own a !998 Dawes Super Galaxy that is hardly worn due to my laziness and love of motorcycles that I have recently given up.
To me cycling is a leisure activity as I am retired. I enjoy cycling for a mixture of reasons, I could do with losing weight, currently 16 stone, I love seeing the passing scenery faster than walking but slower than a car. It is just enjoyable to be outside when the weather is reasonable.
I enjoy chewing the fat with others and reading totally opposing views of everything under the sun, hence my joining this forum. I only hope I do not bore you all too much by my views, rants and stupid questions.
