Information on a carrera crosscity

Hi, i have just recently joined, i am actually asking for the wife, she just had a recent issue with a carrera crosscity folding bike , i myself have aspergers so i do apologize if you struggling understanding my post, recently her bike as started flashing red on pedal asist and theres no power hardly coming from assist on the bike , i was wondering is this a issue as all lights up just flashes red on highest mode on pedal assist , or does anyone have any advice please.. thanks kev

It sound like the battery isn't charged. You need a meter to measure the voltage on the charger's connector and the battery voltage to find out what's wrong.
