E-bikes just seem to have too low a profile for the relevant government departments to even consider them Tim.

Yes, hardly worth spending tax payers money on the meetings and admin required to bring about legislation!

Since E-bikes do not contribute to road congestion the Inland Revenue should be giving e-bikers a tax refund.
