Another numpty query I'm afraid.
I'm hugely challenged in the vertical plane (I was originally named Shortbotham), but I can just about cock a leg over the seat to get on/off my absolutely brilliant Wisper 905sel. Also, my back isn't as flexible as it once was, so I need to sit more upright than the handlebars currently permit.
I've adjusted the X-tas-Y handlebar by slackening the 4 clamp bolts to obtain the maximum angle and maximum height settings; but it still isn't as upright as I would like.
Para 6.2(D) of the User Manual states that the torque for the "Handlebar stem expander bolt" is "N/A" and para 15.2 states "The 2 bolts securing the adjustable stem to the front fork steerer tube should not be adjusted or slackened in normal use."
So my question is simples: Can I get it (my handlebar) up higher?
Have a lovely day!
