How to transfer a Strava route map to this forum

Is it possible to copy the map on a Strava ride along with the red line of the route into a post on this forum site? I am struggling to find a way of adding my route to my last post of a ride in the Yorkshire Dales.

I think its just a case of opening the activity on your strava page and then copy and pasting the address bar into your post

I tried that but it opened a page asking the viewer to join to follow me!

take a screen shot of the page hold the windows key and press print screen it should show in ur pics file.

I tried that as well but the red line of the route is not included.

Or install a snipping tool, and just do a screen copy, as it pastes exactly what you copy.

Thanks for the replies. I was using PrtScn but turns out I can't paste into an edit of a post. When I pasted into a new reply, it worked fine.
